Product Lead, Perps

📋 Description

• Own the perps roadmap and prioritized specs with engineering.
• Define UX for margin systems, liquidations, and funding rates.
• Coordinate engineering and design to ship perps end to end.
• Audit trader complaints weekly and map to product gaps.
• Write detailed specs for new features, including edge cases.
• Monitor product performance after shipping and iterate.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience shipping trading UX end-to-end (perps/derivatives).
• Deep familiarity with crypto trading: funding, margin, liquidations.
• Comfortable writing specs and running sprints with engineers (no PM layer).
• Strong product instinct; spot gaps in trader workflows and fix them.
• User-first mindset; translate pain points into intuitive features.
• Personal history as active derivatives trader.
