📋 Description

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered payment products
• Drive alignment and communication across engineering, design, data science, and business teams to
• Prioritize product features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to develop and iterate on AI/ML models and
• Understand customer needs through market research, user feedback, and data analysis to inform
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on product management experience
• A background in engineering (B.Tech) or management (MBA), with a solid technical understanding
• Proven ownership of the full product lifecycle, from discovery through launch, iteration and scale
• Comfortable with data and analytics, using metrics to drive decisions
• Strong communicator who can influence and align engineering, design, business and leadership
• Payments or fintech experience is a big plus
