Assist in gathering basic business requirements for Telco services
Support documentation of functional specifications and user stories
Learn and contribute to the product life cycle of assigned services
Monitor the performance and health of live Telco services

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering with stream Electronics & Telecommunications
Focus: Telco Services (IVR, USSD, SMS, Precall, Merchant IVR, M2M IVR Portal)
