📋 Description

• Owning multiple applications within Polaris IQ, leading the squad responsible for delivering your
• Conducting user research, analyzing market and product data, and developing clear use cases and
• Translating user and business needs into requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, and
• Partnering across Engineering, Design, R&D, Product Marketing, Sales, and Client Services to
• Representing Polaris IQ in client conversations, sales demos, internal meetings, and
• Using product usage, adoption, feedback, and business performance data to evaluate success and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or a digital agency, with a
• Experience translating user or business needs into product requirements, priorities, workflows, or
• Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams to move initiatives from idea through
• Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to
• Ability to independently manage ambiguity and competing priorities, make sound decisions, and take
• Curiosity about marketing technology, data, AI, and emerging ways to improve how marketing teams
