Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own roadmap for payroll entity management products.
• Write specs, run sprints with engineering, ship features iteratively.
• Talk with customers to validate problems and test solutions.
• Partner with Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations on distribution.
• Work with Legal and Compliance SMEs to translate regulatory complexity.
• Hybrid work model: 2-3 days/week in NYC office.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in product mgmt, tech consulting, or ops leadership.
• Experience building B2B SaaS with API integrations or embedded ecosystems.
• Scaled mature, revenue-generating product lines with strong margins.
• Track KPIs like SLA, retention, margins; systems thinking.
• Nice to have: regulatory/payroll/fintech domain expertise.
• Experience in Series B/C startup environments.
