📋 Description

• Build and own the contractor-experience roadmap for 360Finance, translating company objectives
• Bring deep fluency in the financing space from both the contractor and lender sides, grounded in
• Define clear success metrics for contractor engagement and hold the team accountable to outcomes
• Lead product initiatives across the full contractor journey — from onboarding through point-of-sale
• Craft clear, comprehensive PRDs that communicate requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical
• Partner closely with product, engineering, design, and account management to ship high-quality

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, with a track record of managing multiple products or
• Experience in fintech, lending, or financing products.
• Demonstrated experience improving a weak or underdeveloped UX — diagnosing root causes
• Roadmap-building expertise; demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous, multi-layered problems into
• Highly competent in competitive and market research, with fluency in both the consumer and
• Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and data-driven experiments to inform
