Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own roadmap/backlog for product area with structured prioritization.
• Translate strategy into execution plans with clear priorities, scope, and trade-offs.
• Manage product lifecycle: intake, ideation, launch prep, adoption, iteration.
• Lead customer discovery through interviews; synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
• Write clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Partner with engineering and design; align stakeholders and manage dependencies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; use qualitative and quantitative inputs.
• Experience managing backlogs, writing requirements, supporting launches; partner with Eng/Design.
• Ability to conduct customer discovery, synthesize insights, turn findings into priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; build alignment across teams.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve PM work.
