Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and help maintain predictable
• Build and manage release plans, project timelines, and cross-functional dependencies while
• Lead customer implementations, pilots, training initiatives, and phased production rollouts
• Establish and monitor product KPIs, such as call-handling time and AI adoption, and use measurable
• Partner with security and infrastructure teams to ensure products remain aligned with compliance
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to provide product expertise, develop

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Product Management or closely related product leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience owning complex, customer-facing software products from discovery through
