Product Manager

📋 Description

• Build a deep, ongoing understanding of the families we serve and the problems that matter most to
• Translate our vision into clear priorities, and make the tradeoffs that keep the team focused
• Define how our AI agent behaves, what it does on a family's behalf, and how it earns their trust
• Take features from concept to launch, then measure, learn and improve them
• Establish the metrics and instrumentation that tell us what's working and what isn't
• Shape how product, design and engineering plan, prioritize, communicate and deliver

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally on consumer products
• Track record of shipping consumer products end-to-end, from discovery to launch to iteration
• Experience working closely with engineering and design in a fast-paced startup or high-growth
• Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-informed decisions
• AI adept: savvy with AI tools (LLMs, agents), and hands-on experience building AI-powered product
