📋 Description

• Own the external surfaces: prioritize which external tools and surfaces we build for, and define
• Own MCP Apps and tool-specific capabilities: build the connectors, protocols, and packaging that
• Decide how we deliver the best experience in each third-party tool, and partner with design on UX.
• Partner closely with engineering team to launch impactful projects, and with the Agent Platform
• Research industry trends across the agentic ecosystem to identify new surfaces and opportunities.
• Engage with customers regularly (e.g. user testing, discovery, research, roadmap sharing) to

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working on a SaaS product (B2B, B2B2C)
• Deep customer empathy
• Hands-on experience building AI products, especially for enterprise customers
• Technical understanding of agent architectures, APIs, and protocols (e.g. MCP), and the ability to
• Sound product judgment on when to standardize versus diverge across surfaces and personas
• Thrive on solving complex technical problems and partnering cross-functionally to translate
