Product Manager, Agent

📋 Description

• Own the product experience of our own agent, working with our agent team to ensure it is
• Work closely with other PMs and squads to ensure the agent works well with each part of the
• Find and resolve friction points using data, experimentation, and customer insight.
• Define and track success metrics for activation, retention, and monetization.
• Partner with Marketing, CX, and Design to ensure success across all touch points.
• Work with Engineering to scope and deliver improvements that produce customer value.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally with some experience PMing an agentic
• Experience using or developing AI-powered tooling in your product workflow.
• A track record of improving activation or retention metrics.
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills — data-driven but comfortable with ambiguity.
• Experience collaborating across Product, Marketing, and CX.
• A clear communicator who simplifies complexity and drives alignment.
