Product Manager, Agent Development (Brazilian Portuguese speaking)

📋 Description

• Build enterprise-grade AI agents with engineers and customers.
• Engage with customers at all levels to assess needs.
• Prepare and present demonstrations of Sierra’s agent.
• Address technical challenges with counterparts in the business process.
• Develop and improve Sierra virtual agents to fit needs.
• Shape product roadmap with engineering to scope essential features.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years experience in product development of highly technical products.
• Experience in Product Management or similar roles at or above Senior PM.
• Experience crafting messages for potential customers, including executives.
• Ability to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical and technical audiences.
• Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
• Some coding experience with React, Typescript, and Go.
