• Drive quality and outcomes: evaluate, fix failures, ship improvements

• Be a cross-functional partner to customers and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years building highly technical products; 2–3 years as Senior PM
• Engineering depth: review architecture and API design
• Shipped production-grade systems at scale; reliability and observability
• Trusted enterprise partner: manage ambiguity and competing priorities
• Exceptional communication: explain decisions to engineers and VPs
• Worked with language models and production AI agents; understand how they work
