Product Manager - Agent Trust

📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for Agent Trust. Decide what Plaid offers, to whom, and
• Define how Plaid identifies agents, verifies the humans behind them, and evaluates what they are
• Connect Agent Trust to portable identity, reusable KYC, and consumer permission management, with
• Work directly with financial institutions and Plaid customers as the product expert: discovery
• Represent Plaid’s product requirements in the industry groups and protocol working groups writing
• Partner with data science and engineering on what the product needs: signals, labels, success

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management or equivalent product ownership, with meaningful time in fraud
• Hands-on depth in identity and authorization protocols (OAuth 2.x and OIDC, FIDO and WebAuthn, FDX
• Track record of growing a new product line, from early design partners and first customers to
• Experience building with and selling to enterprise customers or financial institutions
• Clear writing, and the ability to translate between protocol engineers, data scientists, GTM, and
