• Design Agent capabilities across Binance Agentic, incl. flows and feedback.
• Build and maintain Harness; define evaluation criteria and task sets.
• Collaborate with Tech Owners, frontend engineers, and Skill leads to ship specs.
• Identify high-value Web3 Agent use cases across Wallet, Payments, Trading.
• Track AI Agents, MCP, tool-calling, and evaluation trends.
• Define metrics and drive improvements based on real-world usage.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in AI products and agent tooling.
• Web3: exchanges, wallets, payments, DeFi, or crypto.
• Hands-on AI Agents: tool-calling, planning, context, evaluation.
• Strong ownership and learning agility in ambiguous environments.
• PRDs, flow diagrams, test cases, acceptance criteria.
• Cross-team collaboration across engineering, design, ops, and business.
