Product Manager – AI Product Engineering

📋 Description

• Track product adoption, usage, user friction, defects, release outcomes, and operational impact
• Build and maintain lightweight dashboards, recurring reports, and product health views
• Synthesize input from users, support channels, usage data, QA findings, and stakeholder feedback to
• Support quarterly and sprint-level planning by bringing structured insights on product performance
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, UX, Client Services, Operations, Compliance, and other
• Communicate product updates, known issues, release timelines, and training needs clearly to

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills, verbal & written, including product documentation, release notes
• Familiarity with AI products, LLM-powered workflows, recommendation systems, human-in-the-loop
• Analytical mindset with experience using product metrics, dashboards, user feedback, and
• Comfort working with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders in an agile environment
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, user stories
• 2–4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or Workflow
