• Obsess over performance; latency and crashes
• Navigate constraints across iOS, Android, and Electron; decide native vs cross‑platform
• Own mobile monetisation strategy including App Store terms, onboarding, and payments
• Think native-first: leverage platform capabilities for clinician workflows
• Ship meaningful improvements by collaborating with engineering and design

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in a technical or analytical field
• 4+ years shipping consumer products across mobile and desktop
• Deep platform fluency with iOS and Android
• Performance obsession; know what causes jank
• Consumer product craft in B2B contexts with polish
• Experience building with AI tools and LLM concepts
