Product Manager, Automation

📋 Description

• Map existing manual workflows across Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to identify
• Translate operational knowledge, playbooks, support information, team expertise, and data into
• Own the delivery of automation initiatives across key areas including invoice validation, bug
• Partner closely with Engineering to design, build, test, and safely roll out automation solutions
• Define clear success metrics for each automation initiative and measure real-world adoption
• Maintain the automation portfolio, including opportunity intake, prioritization, sizing

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience shipping workflow automation that was adopted by teams, with the ability to
• Strong product management experience translating raw operational input—including playbooks, support
• Technical fluency sufficient to read code or technical documentation and engage directly with
• Experience designing or implementing safeguards, monitoring, or rollback plans for automation that
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams without direct authority, building alignment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify high-leverage

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range of CAD $85,000–$105,000 per year, with final compensation determined based on skills
