  • Define success metrics for every feature and track post-launch
  • Coordinate across SF and Shenzhen teams to align on priorities
  • Make tradeoffs between scope, timeline, and quality; own consequences

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of product management at a developer tools, infra, or robotics company
  • Have shipped products that developers actually use
  • Technical enough to read code, understand architecture, and challenge estimates
  • Bonus: robotics, ROS, or hardware-software integration experience
  • Bonus: Mandarin fluency (Shenzhen team and OEM partners)
