• Bridge design and code: Turn designs into production-ready code and loop changes back to Figma.
• Improve MCP server quality and performance as more product work moves to code.
• Define the evals and infra that measure design-code translation quality.
• Grow with customers by understanding enterprise workflows and scaling outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, from concept through launch.
• Shipped quality improvements with measurable metrics.
• Ability to read code and discuss AI system design (agents, LLMs, MCP).
• Led cross-functional teams from ideation to delivery and exec reviews.
• Experience with enterprise customers; translate workflows into shipped product.
• Background building design tools, developer tools, or AI coding products.
