🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management in a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise setting.
• End-to-end ownership of a product area; drive outcomes, not just tasks.
• Strong delivery track record: ship complex features under pressure.
• Ability to write precise specs for engineers, with edge cases and acceptance criteria.
• Data fluency: define metrics, interpret results, and drive decisions.
• English (C1) and ability to work in a Russian-speaking team.
