Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own product management for our robotic automation systems, from scoping deployment-specific
• Partner with Engineering to assess the feasibility of new features and mechanical modifications
• Act as the product expert for customers and Sales by communicating product and software updates
• Build customer-specific dashboards and data reports (e.g., Grafana, Python) to track system
• Own sustaining product management by prioritizing support-ticket issues, managing customer feature

• A BS in mechanical engineering, software engineering, robotics, or a related field, plus 2+ years
• Direct experience with warehouse robotics (2 years direct experience, minimum)
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a track record of distilling complex
