📋 Description

• Clearly define product direction and roadmaps for Custody OES, drive its evolution and turn client
• Own the fee schedule and incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates), balancing market dynamics
• Own the commercial logic of your product lines. Build ROI-grounded business cases for product and
• Articulate strategy, progress, and trade-offs to internal leadership and external institutional
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and legal to ship complex changes.

🎯 Requirements

• PM experience at a crypto exchange on Custody OES, or at a custody, or background from traditional
• Solid understanding of liquidity dynamics and how institutional crypto markets actually work. Prior
• Proven experience of leading strategic business reviews, facilitating on-site requirement
• Proven ability to bring structure and clarity to complex problems, align senior stakeholders across
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for market research and product operations. Building
