📋 Description

• Contribute across discovery, delivery and optimisation - framing problems and opportunities into
• Decide what to build next and what to stop, using quantitative and qualitative evidence as far as
• Lead roadmap and delivery conversations with clients, keeping their expectations aligned with what
• Hold scope to the smallest version that still moves the outcome, working with cross-functional
• Collaborate with VP of Product and wider team on direction, prioritisation and scheduling of
• Support definition of our evolving target state for digital and connected insurance businesses

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years demonstrable experience working in the Product Manager or Product Owner space and
• Strategic thinker with a business mindset
• Used to working in a fast-paced, technological environment, with all the ambiguities this presents
• Experience in InsurTech or Insurance background
• Previous work in a scale-up environment
• Experience working with remote development teams
