📋 Description

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer impact, business value, user needs, and

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS, HRTech, ERP, fintech, or other
• Proven experience defining, managing, and prioritizing product roadmaps.
• Strong systemic product thinking, with ability to understand complex user journeys and integrations
• Experience with product discovery, requirements definition, validation, and continuous product
• Ability to create specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex workflows and
• Familiarity with Brazilian labor and tax legislation, or willingness to quickly develop expertise.
