📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product feature and compliance roadmap.
• Lead readiness assessments, gap analyses, remediation.
• Lead compliance for FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, EU Annex 11.
• Unify cross-functional teams to deliver platform enhancements.
• Proactively identify risks and monitor audit readiness.
• Support GTM during RFPs, security reviews, due diligence.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Program or Product Manager in Agile SDLC.
• 3+ years in healthcare or regulated industries with FDA Part 11, GxP, or EU Annex 11.
• Proven track record leading cross-domain programs.
• Strong executive communication; align with tech & non-tech teams.
• Master Jira, Confluence, ProductBoard in fast-paced SaaS.
• PMP or similar certification (bonus).
