Product Manager III - LIMS

📋 Description

• Develop the strategy and roadmap for your development teams.
• Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs for your backlog and gain buy-in
• Transform business, market and clinical requirements into executable product requirements
• Own and prioritize a feature backlog to align with the overall strategic roadmap.
• Produce deliverables that facilitate better understanding for feedback such as flow diagrams, data
• Define what success looks like for your product area and measure it.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software product management, ideally in the healthcare IT or biotech
• Experience with Agile software development, working directly with engineering development and QA
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship-building, and analytical skills
• Experience building scalable enterprise software or business critical systems
• Willingness and confidence to experiment hands-on with AI tools to stand up quick proof-of-concept
• BA/BS degree in relevant technical, scientific, or quantitative discipline or relevant experience
