Product Manager, In-Person Giving

📋 Description

• Own Events & Commerce within the In-Person Giving product line, covering discovery, definition
• Define the product direction: turn customer research, market evidence, and business context into a
• Lead discovery and product definition: work directly with nonprofit fundraising teams, event
• Shape and deliver the product: own the product from problem definition through requirements
• Write clear requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, state transitions, and decision records
• Launch through EAPs with clear entry criteria, target workflows, success measures, readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in a software product company
• End-to-end ownership of a customer-facing product area with Engineering and Design
• Strong judgment in reducing a large problem space to a focused release and explaining the trade-offs
• Experience turning customer evidence and product data into decisions
• Clear written communication across requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decision records
• Ability to work with transactional, multi-actor workflows involving permissions, states, money, and
