• 4–7 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience
• End-to-end ownership of a customer-facing product area
• Strong judgment in reducing problem space to focused releases
• Experience turning customer evidence into decisions
• Clear written communication
• Ability to work with transactional, multi-actor workflows
