📋 Description

• Owns and prioritizes the Insurance product backlog, ensuring prioritization is clear, defensible
• Maintains and communicates the Insurance roadmap, keeping Engineering, Design, and GTM teams
• Writes clear, actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria that guide Engineering and UX
• Ensures product documentation, requirements, and internal inputs reduce rework and support
• Mentors and guides product managers and cross-functional partners, raising overall product
• Partners closely with Engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to streamline delivery and reduce

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of insurance or vertical SaaS product management experience with direct ownership of a
• Experience in insurance, payments, EBPP, or operationally complex B2B SaaS environments; deep
• Experience using product analytics (Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent) and data tools
• Active, daily fluency with AI tools in your product work — you already use them for research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate priorities and
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and commitment to product excellence
