• Own product initiatives end-to-end, focusing on outcomes and real-world impact — not just outputs

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience leading development of integrations with a proven history of delivering
• Demonstrated experience building or launching Construction ERP Integrations
• Strong technical acumen—you can go deep with engineers on tactical decisions and translate them
• Exceptional product sense and user empathy, especially when navigating the complex solutions of
