• Platform Product Experience. You've built products whose customers are other developers or teams
• Design Sensibility & Craft. You have a strong eye for interface quality and care about details
• Adoption and Influence. Demonstrated ability to get teams you don't control to adopt something, in
• Judgment on Standards. You know when a standard makes teams faster and when it's in the way, and
• Product Execution. Able to take an open-ended problem, turn it into a clear plan, and ship with
• Analytical Rigor. Set clear metrics and use data to align on priorities, measure impact, and change
