Product Manager (m/f/d) - Digital Rent

📋 Description

• Lead the expansion of Mobile Check-In (MCI) to new customer segments and reservation types
• Work closely with design and engineering to create frictionless interfaces for digital rent
• Configure country-specific requirements such as DVLA checks in the UK and US local customer fees
• Align with stakeholders across the company to remove blockers and expand digital checkout
• Establish and monitor KPIs including digital checkout quota, funnel conversion rates, damage funnel

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of product management experience, ideally with checkout flows, payment systems, or
• Strong eye for UI and user experience, ability to evaluate designs critically and provide
• Experience with mobile app products, self-service flows, or operational technology bridging digital
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Data-driven and experimentation-oriented mindset with experience in A/B testing and metric
