3+ years of product management experience
Experience building customer-facing SaaS products
Strong customer discovery and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
Nice to have: startup/0→1, healthcare/AI, founder/executive exposure
