Product Manager – Orders Management (Senior Care)

📋 Description

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for orders-related products.
• Manage products through lifecycle from discovery to adoption.
• Drive decisions using customer feedback, market research, analytics, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, CS, Sales, Marketing to translate needs into outcomes.
• Serve as voice of the customer to scrum teams; maintain backlog.
• Identify opportunities to modernize legacy products with AI and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Experience managing software products through full lifecycle.
• Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, pharmacy systems, or regulatory systems.
• Ability to influence and align engineering, design, and business stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience building, launching, or integrating AI/ML-powered product capabilities.
