Product Manager – Orders Management (Senior Care)

📋 Description

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, and execution for orders products.
• Lifecycle ownership from discovery to delivery and adoption.
• Drive decisions with customer insights, market research, analytics, and regs.
• Serve as SME for product areas; deep understanding of workflows.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, CS, Sales, Marketing to translate needs.
• Voice of the customer to scrum teams and maintain backlog.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Experience managing software products through full lifecycle.
• Experience in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, or regulatory environments.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority.
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and modern software practices.
• Experience building, launching, or integrating AI/ML-powered capabilities.
