Product Manager (Payments)

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end payments roadmap across card-present and card-not-present environments for
• Define how payment media (chip, contactless, digital wallets, tokens) are presented and measured
• Translate complex payment flows into simple merchant experiences (refunds, tips, adjustments
• Monitor key metrics (authorization rates, latency, reconciliation) with data-driven experimentation.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, security, and GTM to meet PCI DSS requirements and differentiate
• Lead discovery with processors, acquirers, gateways, and partners to evaluate new capabilities and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management, with at least 3 years in payments/fintech.
• Proven product leadership, vision setting, and cross-functional influence.
• Deep understanding of card-present and card-not-present payments and merchant processing economics.
• Experience with payment processors, gateways, or card networks in a multi-tenant environment.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Excellent communication; customer-centric with B2B merchant experience.
