Product Manager (Payments)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payments roadmap for hospitality card-present and card-not-present.
• Define how each payment media type is presented and accepted: chip, contactless, wallets, tokens.
• Translate complex payment flows into simple merchant experiences (refunds, tips, adjustments).
• Monitor and improve key payment metrics—authorization rates, latency, reconciliation.
• Partner with risk/compliance/security and GTM to meet PCI DSS and differentiate.
• Lead discovery with processors, acquirers, gateways for new capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM, with at least 3 years in payments/fintech.
• Demonstrated product leadership—set a vision, influence stakeholders, rally teams.
• Deep understanding of card-present and card-not-present payments.
• Familiar with merchant processing economics—interchange and scheme fees.
• Experience with payment processors, acquirers, gateways, or card networks.
• Strong analytical skills with data, dashboards, KPIs.
