Product Manager, PLG

📋 Description

• Own the self-serve flow from visit to activation, retention, and expansion
• Understand Pro customers to identify usage patterns linked to retention
• Interview churned or at-risk customers to learn why they leave
• Improve onboarding, setup, experiments, and collaboration workflows
• Build systems to help users discover capabilities and add products
• Build instrumentation, funnels, and experiments to drive improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience in developer tools, SaaS, or AI
• Strong product intuition plus analytical mindset
• Experience owning growth, onboarding, activation, or self-serve
• Comfortable with data, experiments, and imperfect information
• Deep understanding of product-led growth principles and business models
• Excellent written and verbal communication
