Product Manager - Servicing

📋 Description

• Own the discovery and delivery of borrower-facing servicing features, with a focus on intuitive
• Partner with lender implementation teams to translate partner servicing requirements into product
• Help maintain and evolve our servicing platform configuration, including loan settings, borrower
• Drive initiatives that reduce delinquency and improve payment behavior, including self-service
• Use AI tools to accelerate your own workflow, including drafting documents, synthesizing research
• Develop working knowledge of loan sales, collections, and disbursements workflows, with growing

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment where you had real ownership
• Demonstrated product craft: you can identify and frame problems clearly, translate them into
• A good eye for UX: you can articulate what makes an experience intuitive or broken and partner
• Comfort using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes: you know how to ask the right
• Clear, structured communication: you can translate between technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working with third-party platforms or vendors to ship product changes.
