📋 Description

• Own staking product lifecycle and translate PoS into B2B workflows.

• Produce high-quality PRDs and UI/UX prototypes in Figma.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years PM in tech/Web3; B2B asset mgmt or wallets preferred.
• Cross-functional collaboration; strategic thinking; manage dependencies.
• Must-have: Proficient in Figma; deliver prototypes; articulate design to ENG.
• Technical empathy: API calls, JSON; understand frontend/backend integration.
• Professionalism: strong communication; bridge business and tech; reliable.
• Nice to Have: PoS economics; multi-chain wallets; Agile/Scrum.
