📋 Description

• Build a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviours and pain points
• Work closely with data and user research to identify areas of opportunities, including in various
• Define clear problems to solve, prioritise effectively, and focus on the opportunities with the
• Partner with engineering, design, research, data, and marketing to shape and deliver product
• Collaborate with other Subscriptions squad to deliver a strong customer experience
• Track performance against goals and use data to understand what is and isn’t working

• You’ve shipped high-quality digital products in a fast-moving environment. Even better if you have

• You’re highly customer-focused and know how to turn insight into practical product changes
• You're data-driven, and enthusiastic about metrics. You have a proven track record of making an
• You enjoy working across discovery and delivery, from understanding problems to testing solutions
• You’re able to work autonomously and make progress in ambiguous spaces
