2+ years PM experience in modern tech, or equivalent in software/data/analytics
Strong problem-solving to break down complex problems for team execution
Willing to understand our business model and learn via interviews with colleagues/customers
Deep user empathy and high UX standards
Excellent persuasion using frameworks, storytelling and first-principles
Prior experience in regulated domains (fintech or healthcare) a plus
