Product Manager, Toast Ticketing

📋 Description

• Own the ticketing roadmap and strategy from open beta to general availability to scale, including
• Run the weekly build loop with engineering: framing problems, deciding what ships each week and
• Learn where early customers get value and where they get stuck, and use that to decide what to
• Carry commercialization with GTM and leadership: pricing and packaging recommendations, rep
• Keep live customers healthy: enablement, tax configuration edge cases, and payment issues, owning
• Own the numbers the business runs on: restaurants selling tickets, ticket sales, and fee revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including owning a product or major product area and its
• You've taken an early product from first customers to product-market fit and meaningful growth.
• You can point to product decisions that came directly from time spent with customers.
• You've owned a revenue product end to end: pricing conversations, GTM partnership, and executive
• You pull your own numbers, set goals up front, and let the data change your mind.
• You use AI tools regularly in your work and can explain specifically how.
