Product Manager, Transportation

📋 Description

• Connect daily with the offshore engineering team (8:00 AM–9:00 AM MT) to facilitate standups and
• Conduct sprint planning, define user stories/tasks, assign sprint points, and run retrospectives
• Partner closely with UX designers to design and refine directed internal tools for warehouse
• Engage with internal stakeholders to identify logistics pain points, gather product requirements
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for optimizing freight execution, carrier
• Deep dive independently into complex supply chain and transportation problem sets to define

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience, preferably within logistics, transportation
• Proven experience leading software engineering teams through full Software Development Life Cycle
• Background working with major retailers, e-commerce giants (e.g., Amazon, Walmart), global
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal oversight, taking full ownership of problem
• Proficiency with analytical and product tools such as Snowflake, Excel, AI development assistants
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills to build trust and align distributed engineering
