Product Manager, Trust & Integrity

📋 Description

• Own the roadmap across market integrity, financial crime, and user protection
• Drive detection and enforcement for market manipulation, wash trading, insider trading
• Own the fraud and AML prevention roadmap across deposits and withdrawals
• Define and ship responsible-use tools for users: education, limits, resources
• Build and maintain the KPI/OKR framework for the function
• Manage relationships with trust & safety vendors and evaluate partnerships through RFPs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years PM experience in trust & safety, fraud, compliance, or risk
• Track record shipping detection/enforcement systems in fraud, AML, market surveillance, or similar
• Experience translating regulatory or policy requirements into product specs/roadmaps
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with legal, policy, and compliance teams
• Comfort defining KPIs/OKRs and using data to prioritize impact
• Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships; run RFP evaluations
