📋 Description

• Own the product path transforming utility and building energy data into trustworthy sustainability
• Work closely with Utility Operations / Utility Expense Management product and engineering teams.
• Talk to sophisticated customers every week to understand needs and gather feedback.
• Ship capabilities that reduce manual ESG fire drills while opening a durable growth lane for

🎯 Requirements

• Deep sustainability / ESG literacy in the built environment: explain and apply Scope 1, Scope 2
• Product management craft in B2B / proptech or utilitytech: discovery, prioritization, clear
• Multifamily or commercial real estate utility domain awareness: utility billing, commodities
• Strong understanding of GHG Protocol Scope 1/2/3 calculations and how they apply to real portfolios
• Direct multifamily or commercial real estate operator/owner experience.
• Experience with GRESB or SASB reporting and document creation.
