Product Manager, Wet Goods (CONTRACT)

📋 Description

• Support the execution of new product development programs within the personal grooming category
• Translate approved product concepts and innovation briefs into actionable development plans that
• Coordinate formula development, claims testing, packaging development, artwork initiation
• Manage product costing and business case activities, including COGS development, gross margin
• Track project progress and communicate status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to Product
• Partner with PMO, Design, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Packaging, Operations, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in execution-focused product development and category ownership roles.
• Proven experience managing the full product development lifecycle, ideally in personal grooming
• Strong technical understanding of formula development and product commercialization processes.
• Demonstrated experience supporting successful product launch activities from concept to production.
• Experience coordinating formula development, claims testing, packaging, artwork, and production
• Strong understanding of product costing, COGS analysis, gross margins, financial tracking, and
