3-4 years of experience executing marketing campaigns
Fluency in the modern AI stack and AI-first marketing systems
Proficiency across paid media, lifecycle, performance, and social
High agency, self-starter mindset with bias toward action
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear messaging
Clear, proactive communicator who doesn't wait to be told what to build next
