• Build customer and market insight through research, customer conversations, usage signals
• Define positioning, messaging, segmentation, proof points, and the product story to address the
• Lead high-impact launches from early strategy through readiness, channel activation, adoption
• Build focused go-to-market plans across the channels that matter, with clear audiences, owners
• Partner with Product and Engineering early enough to influence the product roadmap, priorities
• Equip Revenue Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and partners with the stories and tools

• A track record of bringing complex, technical, platform, developer, AI or FinTech products to
• Experience leading multiple high-impact launches across channels showcasing measurable results.
• Strong customer discovery, segmentation, positioning, storytelling, and product context.
• The ability to simplify complexity without losing accuracy or credibility.
• Comfort working with technical and commercial audiences and influencing across functions without
